No. 97/2014—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 7-C of the Odisha Education Act, 1969 (Odisha Act 15 of 1969), the State Government do hereby make the following order further to amend the Odisha (Aided Colleges, Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Order, 2009, namely :— (1) This order may be called the Odisha (Aided Colleges, Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid (Amendment), Order 2014. It shall apply to the Aided Colleges, Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Seconedary Schools. It shall come into force with effect from the 1st January, 2014. In the Odisha (Aided Colleges, Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Order, 2009, in Para. 5, for sub-para (1), the following sub-para shall be substituted, namely :— "(1) The teaching and non-teaching employees of the Aided Educational Institutions under Para. 4 shall be paid grant-in-aid in the following manner, namely :— The eligible employees of these colleges shall be paid initial pay plus Grade Pay with 5 (five) increments in the revised scale of pay of the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2008."
