PANCHAYAT RAJ AVAM GRAM SWARAJ ADHINIYAM, 1993 (PN)19 by clause (xxi) of Sectlon 2 read with sub- section (3) of sectio 93 of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1993 (No.1 of 1994), the State Government hereby directs that the Sub-Divisional officer (Revenue) `shall discharge the functions of the prescribed authority under clause (iv) of sub-section (1) of sectlon 22 of the said Adhiniyam Section 23: [No: 336-341-22-P-2-94, dated 9th March, 1994, Published in MPRajpatra (Asa) , dated 9.3.1994, p.202; as amended by Notfn: No. 388 , dated 14.3.1994, Published tn M.P Rajpatra, part I, dated 1.4.1994, p.614]. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 93 of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No.1 of 1994, +he Statz Govei 1 f L ment hereby delegates its powers under sub-szetion (1) of Section 23 to the Collectors and the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the said Act to the Collectors: Section 30: The State Government has delegated Its powers under sub-section (1) to the Collectors.
