Hkkx 6 ¼[k½ ftyk cksMksZ] ifj"knksa ,oa uxj vk;kstuk laca/kh] foKfIr;ka vkfnA Urban Development And Housing Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, July 30,2019 F.12(231)/UDH/3/2014 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 74 of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act No. 35 of 1959), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974, and orders with reference to proviso to subsection (2) of section 74 of the said Act that the previous publication of these amendment rules is dispensed with as the State Government, in public interest, considers that these amendment rules should be brought into force at once, namely:- Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force at once. Amendment of rule 17A -In rule 17A of the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974; (i) for the existing expression, "and President Awardee Teachers, who are born in Rajasthan" ,the expression ",President Awardee Teachers and National Awardee Artists, who are born in Rajasthan" shall be substituted; and (ii) after the existing serial no. 4 and entries thereto, following new serial number 5 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:- By Order of the Governor Hridesh Kumar Sharma, Joint Secretary to the Government .
