5 · (1) A meeting of the Authority may be called by giving notice of not less than seven days either in writing at the registered address or through the registered electronic mail address of each member:

10 · The Chairperson and the Chief Executive Officer shall have the power to invite any person or any officer of the Authority to attend a meeting, whose assistance or advice, in the opinion of the Chairperson or the Chief Executive Officer, as the case may be, is considered necessary for deciding any question under consideration of the Authority:

11 · (1) The Presiding Chair shall preserve order thereat and shall have all powers necessary for the purpose of preserving such order.

12 · (1) Minutes shall be drawn up and recorded by the Chief Executive Officer and shall be signed by the Presiding Chair.

13 · The minutes of proceedings of meeting which have been duly drawn up and signed shall be deemed to have been duly convened and to be free from all defects and irregularities.

14 · An expert member shall be entitled to receive an allowance of rupees five thousand for a meeting attended by him:

15 · An expert member shall, for the purposes of attending a meeting, be entitled to travelling allowance and daily allowance at the same rates as applicable to the Chief Executive Officer, and the reimbursement shall be claimed on the basis of self certification.

20 · (1) The Chief Executive Officer shall prepare the annual report of the Authority immediately, and not later than three months, after the end of each financial year giving an account of its activities during that financial year and giving an account of the activities which are likely to undertaken by the Authority during the next financial year.
