GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FOOD AND CIVIL SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT Jaipur, Dated: 30.07.2021 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act No. 10 of 1955) and the orders of the Government of India in Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies, Department of Civil Supplies and Co-Opration published under S.O. 681 (E) and 682 (E) dated 30.11.1974, the State Government hereby makes the following Order to repeal the Rajasthan Petroleum Product (Licensing and Control) (repeal) Order, 1990 namely :- Short title and commencement.- (1) This order may be called the Rajasthan Petroleum Product (Licensing and Control) (repeal) Order, 2021. It shall come into force with immediate effects. Repeal.- The Rajasthan Petroleum Product (Licensing and Control) Order, 1990 is hereby repealed. Savings.- The repeal made under clause 2 of this order shall not affect,- (a) the previous operation of the order, so repealed, or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; or (b) any obligation or liability accrued or incurred under the order, so repealed; or (c) any penalty, forfeiture of punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed under the order, so repealed; or (d) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid, and any such legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if this order had not been made.
