In pursuance of the Government Notification No. LAWILEGN-19/2018 dated Sth October; 2018 regarding the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment Act; 2018 ( Act No.15 of 2018 and No_ LAWILEGN-28/2013 dated 3rd March, 2014 regarding the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment Act; 2013 Act No_ 2 of 2014 ) and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1997 and the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayat Raj Amendment Act; 2018) , Zilla Parishads are hereby constituted for the newly created Pakke Kesang, Lepa Rada and Lower Siang districts comprising of the Zilla Parishad Constituencies as indicated agaisnt each_ SL.
