Government of Jharkhand Labour, Employment and Training Department NOTIFICATION The 13 th June, 2008 S.O. -34 Dated - 1st July, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (h) of rule-2 of the Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Rules, 1998, the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased hereby to appoint of officers mentioned in column (1) of the scheduled below all Deputy Labour Commissioners as "Appellate authority" who shall exercise power conferred on Appellate Authority by or under the said rule having jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said schedule.
