West Bengal Act XLVI of 1950 THE WEST BENGAL SECURITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1950. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature:] [Assent of the President was first published in the Oalcutta Garette, Ectraordinary, of the Sth November, 1950.] An Act to amend the West Bengal Security Act, 1950 . West Bon. WHEREAS it is expedient t0 amend the West Bengal Act XIX Security Act, 1950, for the purposes and in the manner of 1950. hereinafter appearing ; It i9 hereby enacted as follows 1. (Z) This Act may be called the West Bengal Security Short (Amendment) Act, 1950 . title and commoncoe ment. (2) Sections 2, 3, 5 and 6 shall come into force on the Wost Bon. date on which the West Bengal_ Security (Amendment) Ord. XI Ordinance, 1950_ and the West Bengal Security (Second of 1950. Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, cease to operate; the rest of West Ben. the Act shall come into force at once. Ord. XIV of 1950. 2.
