I A~d whereas in view of provision of Section 4(1) of the Right to Fail Compensation land Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 and 'Ru~e 3(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land AcqUisition, Rehabilitation & R~settlement (Social ~mpact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, :the Social Impact Assessment is required to be carried out in -con.suJtation with the 'concerned Gram Panchayat and Municipal Corporation in the · 1 affected areas.i The proposed acquisition of aforesaid road would entail about 18 acres of land.! These lands shall be acqUired from Village Dt~anas H.B. No. 15 (approx. 5.57 Jcre) and Village Dadu Majra H.B. No. 14 (approx. 12.23 acre), thus . . affected area s~all be of Village Dhanas and Dadu Majra Tehsil, U.T., Chandigarh.
