It is to inform that the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has issued an Office Memorandum no.F.No.22-65/2017-IA.III, dated: 1st May, 2018 on Corporate Environment Responsibiliry (CER). In view of the above it is he --eby directed that the CER may be imposed on any Environmental Clearances issued after 1stMay 2018 as per the norms of the above mentioned OM.
