3 · (1) The State Government may implement the Scheme with the approval of the Central Government: (2) The Schcme shall bc implcmentcd in the identificd areas:
6 · Modalitics of cash transfcr of food subsidy:-(I) Thc State Government shall prepare the digitised beneficiary databasc of thc identificd arca, secded with bank account dctails and Aadhaar number, if available, keeping in vicw thc total covcragc for thc State or Union territory determincd under the Act for rcceiving subsidised foodgrains (2) Thc digitiscd bencficiary database for thc identified arca, sccded with bank account details and Aadhaar number; if availablc, shall bc sharcd by thc Statc Govcrnment on the portal of thc Public Financial Managcment System for scrutiny, vcrification and validation of Aadhaar numbcr and bank account delails. (3) The findings of thc scrutiny done by the Public Financial Management System shall be shared with the Statc Government
7 · Timclincs:= (I) Thc Statc Govcrnmcnt shall, in accordancc with the provisions of sub-rule (4) of rule 6, share the final digitiscd bencficiary databasc on thc Public Financial Management System portal by |Oth day of the preceding month:
