{TSTFYTTt {TSTTT faerait Hi3fear Qafeiat RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority 0r4a T STTTuT 14 HAdR, ?111 1941-3JFFTT 5,2019 Sravana 14,_Monday Saka 1941-August 5,2019 HTTT 6 fTaIT &rf, 4ra} va TR 314fTHTviqeflt, fasifri 311f8 Urban Development And Housing Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, July 30,2019 F.12(231JUDH/3/2014.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 74 of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act No. 35 of 1959), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974, and orders with reference to proviso to sub section (2) of section 74 of the said Act that the previous publication of these amendment rules is dispensed with as the State Government; in public interest, considers that these amendment rules should be brought into force at once, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement: - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force at once. 2 Amendment of rule 17A- In rule 17A of the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974; for the existing expression, "and President Awardee Teachers, who are born in Rajasthan" the expression President Awardee Teachers and National Awardee Artists, who are born in Rajasthan" shall be substituted; and 11) after the existing serial no_ 4 and entries thereto, following new serial number 5 and entries thereto shall be added, namely: 5 National Awardee Artists, Who have been Upto 220 Sqr Mtrs. 50% of the honoured with Bharat Ratna, Padma Vibhushan, Reserve Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri, Sangeet Natak Price Academy Award, Bhartiya Gyanpeeth Award, Murti Devi Award, Sahitya Academy Awar
