GOVERNMENTOF MANIPUR -SECRETARIAT: LAW & LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Imphal, July 1, 2013 No.2/1/95-Leg/L(Pt): In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 12 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987(Act 39 of 1987) read with rule 16 of the Manipur State Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996, the upperlimit of annual incomeof a citizen of India entitling him to legal services before a Court in the State of Manipur other than the Supreme Court of India shall be Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh) with immediate effect. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, Government of Manipurvide their U.O. No. 10/2013-14/FD(26-P/4) dated 28" June, 2013. (Y.
