[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature:] [Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 27th September, 1980.] [27th September, 1980.] An Act to amend the West Bengal College Service Commission Act; 1978 West Ben_ Act LXII of 1978 WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal College Service Commission Act; 1978, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-) -first Year of the Republic of India; by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal College Service Short title Commission (Amendment) Act; 1980. and comnence- (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of ment_ July, 1980. 2 After section 4 of the West Bengal College Service Commission Insertion of Act, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the following new section 4A in West sectton shall be inserted:_ Ben.
