The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and in pursuance of the Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September, 2006, has constituted the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) to appraise and take decisions on the applications being submitted for grant of Environmental Clearance. 2. After careful consideration, it has been decided by the State Government to impose a one-time processing fee for the projects seeking Environmental Clearance (EC) from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, under the Environment Impact Assessment Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September; 2006 and its subsequent amendments in the following manner: Construction Projects/Area Development Projects: S: No: Constricted area or Development Area Processing Fee (In Rs.) I_ Upto 50,000 sq: Meter constructed area Or upto 660 ha. Area Development: 75,000 More than 50,000 sq: Meter and upto 1,00,000 1,50,000 ISq: Meter constructed area Or more than 60 ha: land upto 100 ha: Area Development: 3 More than 1,00,000 Sq: Meter and upto 1,50,000 2,25,000 ISq: Meter constructed area or more than 100 ha land up to 150 ha. 2 · After careful consideration, it has been decided by the State Government to impose a one-time processing fee for the projects seeking Environmental Clearance (EC) from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, under the Environment Impact Assessment Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September; 2006 and its subsequent amendments in the following manner:

4 · The processing fee is applicable to the following proposals: D)AlL new projects or activities listed in the schedule of Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. i) Expansion and modernization of existing projects or activities listed in the schedule of Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 and its subsequent amendments.

5 · The one-time processing fee shall be non-refundable irrespective of whether the proposal qualifies for grant of Environmental Clearance or it is rejected at any stage of the appraisal process.

6 · The Processing Fee shall be remitted by the applicants to the Government Treasury payable to the "Budget Head 8443-Civil Deposit; 00- Civil Deposit; 106-Personal Deposit; (00)-Personal Deposit; {00}-Personal Deposit in Account No.19236 and Office Id-112550 through NEFT/RTGS/IMPSIIFMS-e-Gras payment option in favour of Member Secretary, State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Rajasthan. A copy of the transaction receipt shall be enclosed with the application submitted through PARIVESH Portal.
