2 · . The Committee may invite or co-opt subject matter experts relating to corporate law or any other subject matter , a s well a s experts from SEBI , RBI , C&AG a s needed . The Committee may also invite any other person or body in the interest of broad-based consultation .
3 · . The terms of reference of the Committee are a s follows:

Non-official members of the Committee will be eligible for travelling , conveyance and other allowances as per extant Government instructions , wherever the sponsoring agency is unabl e to bear their expenditure . Secretarial support to the Committee will be given by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs .
5 · . The Committee shall submit its recommendations within six month s of its first meeting .

1 · . (1) This Order may be called the Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Fourth Order , 2014 .
2 · . Jurisdiction , powers , authority and functions of Company Law Board.- Until a date is notified by the Central Government under sub-section (1) of Section 434 of the Companies Act , 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Company Law Board constituted in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 10E of the Companies Act , 1956 (1 of 1956) shall exercise the jurisdiction , powers , authority and functions of the Tribunal under sub-section (2) of Section 74 of the said Act .
