Government of Rajasthan Industries and Commerce (Group-2) Department No.F.1(16) Industry/group-2/2018 Jaipur, Dated 0 8 2 2023 Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (Central Act No . 27 0f 2006), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Rajasthan Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2018, namely: 1 Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2, Insertion of new rule 7A. After the existing rule 7 and before the existing rule 8 of the Rajasthan Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2018,the following new rule 7A shall be inserted, namely: "7A, Recovery of Amount Due as Arrears of Land Revenue: - (1) If a buyer does not file any application for setting aside any decree. award or othcr order made either by the Council itself or by any institution r centre providing alternate dispute resolution services [0 which reference is made by the Council under section 19 of the Act or if any application is filed and such application is dismissed or time period for filing an application is expired, in such situation supplier may file an application before the facilitation council for the implementation of such decree, award or order: On such application the Council may refe the matter to the Collector of the District concerned for recovery of the amount due 35 arrears of land revenue: (2) An application for the implementation o T1 (Jet jeelyen award Or other order may be made by (fc: wupplicer hne foto Mi.
