No.CRC-1009/(37)/D-XIL- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 section 3 of the Gram Nyayalaya Act, 2008, the Government of Maharashtra after consultation with the High Co ltation the High Court of Judicature at Bombay hereby directs that, with effect from the 2 nd October 2009.- (@ there shall be a Gram Nyayalaya for the Village Panchayat at the intermediate level,ie., Panchayat Samiti area Pamner, sub-ordinate to the District Court of Ahmednagar, in Ahmednagar District.
