Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation Department of Food) Order GSR 800 dated the %"h June. 1978 and Ministry of' Industry and Civil Supplies Department of Civil Supplies and Co-Operatives Order S0.681(E) dated the 30" November; /974, the Lt; Governor of the National Capital Territory of' Delhi hereby makes the following Order t0 #mend the Delhi Specified Articles(Regulation of" Distribution Order; 1981. namely Short title and commencement (i) It shall come into force on the date ofits publication in the Delhi Gazette_ (ii)This order ma! be called the Delhi Specilied Anticles (Regulation of' Distribution) ( Amendment) Order. 202O. Amendment of clause 6 - in the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) Order. 1981. in clause 6. for sub-clause 7, the following sub-clause: shall be substituted. namely "7. Any person aggrieved by the Order of the Commissioner passed under sub-elauses (5) and (6) may prefer an appeal. in writing; before the Financial Commissioner. Delhi Administration Delhi. The procedure laid down in regard t0 submission Of appeal before the Commissioner under sub-elauses (1) to (5) shall mutatis- mutandis apply t0 the appeals before the: Financial Commissioner.
