Government of Jharkhand Labour, Employment and Training Department NOTIFICATION S.O. Ranchi, dated: 11.09.2007 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section-42 of the Building & other construction workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) State of Jharkhand hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (1) of the schedule below, to be the Inspector who shall exercise power conferred on Inspectors by or under the said Act having jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said schedule.
