Conditions for grant of exemptions. -A person receiving instructions In driving a motor vehicle shall be exempted during training, from the provisions of suo-sectron (1) of Section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) subject to the following conditions, thatI (a) suc~ person is a trainee undergoing training in an Industr.ial Training Institute approved by Central or State Government and dnving a light motor vehicle with a written permission of the head of ,an Industrial Training Institute; (b) Such person is driving a motor vehicle
