1 · (1) These rules may called the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of real estate projects, Registration of real estate agents, rates of interests and disclosures on website) (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

2 · . In rule 2 of the Maharashtra Real Estate(Regulation and Development) (Registration of real estate projects, Registration of real estate agents, rates of interests and disclosures on website) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Rules" ) after clause (p), the following clause shall be inserted, namely

3 · In rule 3 of the principal Rules, in sub-rules (5) in clause (1);

5 · In rule 6 of the principal Rules, in clause (a) the portion beginning with the words "or due to such mitigating circumstances' and ending with the words 'have interest in the projects" shall be deleted: 6_ In rule 7 of the principal Rules, in sub-rule (3), 1) the words "minimum of rupees fifty thousand only" the words "minimum of rupees ten thousand" shall be substituted; (2) after the words "ten lakhs only" the following shall be added, namely: - "and in case of plotted development; the promoter shall pay an extension fee, calculated on the area of the land proposed to be developed at the rate of rupees five per square meter 7. (1) In rule 9 of the principal Rules, in sub-rule (2), (a) for clause (ii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: _
