The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and in pursuance of the Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September, 2006, has constituted the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) to appraise and take decisions on the applications being submitted for grant of Environmental Clearance. 2. After careful consideration, it has been decided by the State Government to impose a one-time processing fee for the projects seeking Environmental Clearance (EC) from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, under the Environment Impact Assessment Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September; 2006 and its subsequent amendments in the following manner: Construction Projects/Area Development Projects: S: No: Constricted area or Development Area Processing Fee (In Rs.)
