6 [(hh) " non-teaching staff" f" means the employees of the University other than the teachers;] (i) " Statutes " , " Ordinances " and " Regulations " mean respectively, the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations of the University for the time being in force; 7 (k) " Teachers " means Professors, Readers, Lectures and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction in the University or a hall and are designated as Teachers by the Ordinances;
