.. . , [Authorised English Translation] HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DEPARTMENT Notification The 15th February, 1989 No. G.S.R.27/C.A.52/84/S.65/89.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the IncVan Veterinary Council Act, 1984, the Governor of Haryana, here by makes the following rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act, namely .— PART -I These rules may be called the Haryana Veterinary Council Rules, 1988. Short title. In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires— (a) "Act" means the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. (b) "Committee", means an Executive Committee and such other committee as may be constituted by the Haryana Veterinary Council ; (c) "Council" means the Haryana Veterinary Council established under the Act ; (d) "Director", means the Director of Animal Husbandry ; Haryana ; (e) "Fees", means the fees fixed for the registeration of the Veterinary Practitioner under the Act ; (f) "Government" means the Government of the State of Haryana ; (g) "Registrar" means the Registrar appointed under sectirn 42(1); and ; (h) "Tribunal", means the Registration Tribunal constituted for the purpose of first preparing the State Veterinary register under section 45(1) of the Act. PART -II Election of the President and Members of the Haryana Veterinary Council. 3(1) The Director, shall be the returning Officer.
