In pursuance to the Executive Committee meeting of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority dated 4th May 2022 and in exercise of powers conferred by Section 29-A of the Legal Services Authorities act, 1987 (39 of 1987), Maharashtra State Legal Services is hereby pleased to make the following regulations to amend the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998 for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of the said Act, namely: - 1. In the regulation 18 of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Regulation 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the "the principal regulations ) following points at (AJ, (B), and (C) of the Schedule shall be substituted 18.
