[5. The period of supersession of the Town Area Committee , Jaswantnagar shall extend up to the date of its resconstitution but not later than 4[thirtieth day of June, 1967] and the extension so made shall have the same effect as an order made under sub -section (1) of section 36 of the U.P. Town Area Act.]
