Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (4) of section 43of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 16 of 2016), the State Government hereby designates the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, established under sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (Central Act No. 34 of 2006), as the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal for the purposes of the said Act.
