1 · THE HARYANA LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY (MEDICAL FACILITIES TO MEMBERS) ACT, 1986

3 · [(b) "member" means a person who is or has been a member of the assembly and includes the Chief Minister, the Speaker, a Minister, a Minister of State, a Deputy Minister, the Deputy Speaker, the Chief Parliamentary Secretary and a Parliamentary Secretary; and]

4 · [3. Every member shall be entitled to such medical facilities for himself and for such members of his family as may be prescribed: Medical facilities.
