Section 3
[(b) "member" means a person who is or has been a member of the assembly and includes the Chief Minister, the Speaker, a Minister, a Minister of State, a Deputy Minister, the Deputy Speaker, the Chief Parliamentary Secretary and a Parliamentary Secretary; and]
