(ii) They shall come into force o the date of their publication in the official gazelte. Scheme relating to Dental Colleget The scheme referred l0 in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (2) of section I0 A ofthe Dentists Act; 1948 (Modified upto 27.8.1992.is a part 0f the regulations and is annexed hereto SCHEME APPLICATION FoR PERMISSION OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH A NEW DENTAL COLLEGE Instructions to the Applicant Eligibility Thefollowingorganisations shallbeeligibletoapplyforpermissionto setupnew Criteria Dental Colleges University and State Governments/Union Territories 2 Autonomous Bodies promoted by Central and State Governments: 3 Societies registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. Public Trusts,Religiousor Charitable, registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882, Wakf Actetc. The applicants are requested to ensure that complete information, as detailed below, Is furnished while submitting the application: Qualitying The eligible organisations shall abide by the Dentists Act; 1
