(ii) They shall come into force o the date of their publication in the official gazelte. Scheme relating to Dental Colleget The scheme referred l0 in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (2) of section I0 A ofthe Dentists Act; 1948 (Modified upto 27.8.1992.is a part 0f the regulations and is annexed hereto SCHEME APPLICATION FoR PERMISSION OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH A NEW DENTAL COLLEGE Instructions to the Applicant Eligibility Thefollowingorganisations shallbeeligibletoapplyforpermissionto setupnew Criteria Dental Colleges University and State Governments/Union Territories 2 Autonomous Bodies promoted by Central and State Governments: 3 Societies registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
