I948 (16 ( of I 948). the Dental CouncilofIndiawith the previous approval ofthe Central Govt. hereby makes the following Regulations: - (i) These regulations may becalled the Establishment 6?New Dental Colleges Regulations. 1993. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the officiar gazette. 'Io Scheme relating to Dental Colleges The scheme referred to in clauses (a) and(b) of sub-section (2) of section 10 A ofthe Dentists Act. I948 (Modified upto 27. 8. [992isa part of the regulations and'Is annexed hereto. - I - SCHEME APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH A NEW DENTAL COLLEGE Instructions to the Applicant Eligibility Criteria Qualifying Criteria The following organisations shall be eligible to applyforpermission to set up new Dental Colleges : University and State Governments/Union Territories. 5'wa Autonomous Bodies promoted by Central and State Governments. Societies registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
