Short title, extant and commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan State Mineral Exploration Trust Rules, 2020. (2) They shall extent to whole of the State of Rajasthan and shall apply to all minor minerals. (3) They shall come into force o the date of their publication in the Official Gazette: 2. Definitions.- (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, (a) Act" means the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act No. 67 of 1957); (b) "Chairperson, Governing Body' means the Chairperson of the Governing Body of the Rajasthan State Mineral Exploration Trust; "Chairperson, Executive Committee" means the Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Rajasthan State Mineral Exploration Trust; "Department' means Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Rajasthan; 'Fund" means the fund referred to in rule 7; "Government' means the Government of Rajasthan; g "Governing Body' means the Governing Body of the Trust; (h) "Executive Committee" means the Executive Committee of the Trust; "Member, Governing Body' means the member of the Governing Body of the Trust; "Member; Executive Committee" mea
