[(5) The amount disgorged, pursuant to a direction issued, under section 11B of this Act or section 12A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) or section 19 of the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996), 2 [or under a settlement made under section 15JB or section 23JA of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) or section 19-IA of the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996)] as the case may be, shall be credited to the Investor Protection and Education Fund established by the Board and such amount shall be utilised by the Board in accordance with the regulations made under this Act.]
