Notification No . 7/2000 -C . E. E. (N . T. T. ) , dated 1 -3 -2000 . Notification under Section 11AA -Rate of interest on delayed refunds . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11AA of the Central Excise Act , 1944 (1 of 1944) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number 22/95-C . E . (N . T . ) , dated 29th May , 1995 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby fixes the rate of interest at twenty four per cent per annum for the purposes of the said section . Back to Acts
