Government of Jharkhand Transport Department NOTIFICATION Number-02/Pari.Aa.-22/2019-944 Ranchi, Date-04.10.2019 JHARKHAND MOTOR VEHICLE(AMENDMENT(46.3)) RULES, 2019 Short title, extent and date of application: - (i) This manual shall be called the Jharkhand Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (ii) It will expand across the state of Jharkhand. (iii) This notification will be effective from the date of issue. The following proviso is inserted in sub-rule-3 of Rule-46 of Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Rules, 2001: - "But that in the exercise of the power conferred by this sub-rule, temporary registration certificate of vehicles can also be issued by the registered dealer under the Registrar authority."
