(Amendment) Act; 1972 2. In section 3 of the West Bengal ApartmentOwnership Act, 1972, Amendment of section 3 for clause (g), the following clause shall be, and shall be deemed always of West Ben. t0 have been, substituted, namely Act XVIof 1972.
