Amendment of clause 6 - in the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) Order. 1981. in clause 6. for sub-clause 7, the following sub-clause: shall be substituted. namely "7. Any person aggrieved by the Order of the Commissioner passed under sub-elauses (5) and (6) may prefer an appeal. in writing; before the Financial Commissioner. Delhi Administration Delhi.
