Defnltlons-_In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requireg (i) "Board" means the Tea Board, constituted under gection 4 of the Act. (ii) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board. (iii) "Committee" means any Committee constituted by the Board under Section 8 of the Act_ (iv) {Form" mneans a form set forth in the gchedule to these ruleg_ (v) "Member" means 8 member of the Board (vi) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Board.
