Short title and Commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules; 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Definitions - (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, (i) "Act" means the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act; 2016 (Central Act No. 49 0f2016); (ii) "Certificate' means a certificate of disability issued by & certifying authority referred to in sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Act; (iii) "Certificate of registration means a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority under section 50 of the Act; (iv) 'District-level Committee on: disability: means the District-level .
