THE UTTAR PRADESH NATIONAL RURAL EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE(UNEMPLOYMENT ALLOWANCE) RULES, 2014 Short tille 1_ (1) These rules may be called as THE UTTAR PRADESH NATIONAL RURAL EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE(UNEMPLOYMENT ALLOWANCE) Rules, 2014. (2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Definitions 2. In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires: - (a) 'Act' means the. National Rural Employment Guarantce Act; 2005(Act no_ 42 of 2005). Day' means a working day.
