Composition of Institute . — (1) The Institute shall consist of the following members, namely:— (a) the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, ex officio; (b) the Minister of Health and Family Welfare (Medical Education), Government of Karnataka, ex officio; (c) Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry or Department of Health and Family Welfare, ex officio; (d) the Director of the Institute, ex officio; (e) Secretary to the Government of India or his nominee (not below the rank of Joint Secretary) Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, ex officio;
