./ E{ARYANA GO\TERNMENT AGRICULTUR.E DEPARTMENT Notificati,on The23rd Jurre,20@ No. 119-A.S.-f -09-9143.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) read with ciauses (xxviii), (xxix) and (xxx) of Sub-section (2) of Section 43 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce lvfarkets Act, 1961(Punj ab Act23 ci 1961), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana State Agrieult'.ral Marketing Board Service Rules, 2008, namely:- Thcse rules may be called rne Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board Service,(First Amendment) Rules,2009. In the l{aryana State Agricultural Marketing Board ServiceRules, 2008 (hereinafter calied dre said ruies), in sub ruie (l) of rule 2,- (i) in clause (b), for the words "Marraging Director and Cbief General Manage.r", the words " Chief Administrator and Secretarv" shall be substituted; (ii) clause (k) shall be omitted; aad (iii) in cla'rse (n), for the words "Chief General Manager", wherever existing the word "Secre'.ary" shall be substituted.
