THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART IT ~SEc. 3i)] MINISTRY OF WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT NOTIICATION New Delhi; the &th February, 20[2 GSR 74(E) ~In exercise %f the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 35 of the Commissions for Protection ofChild Rights Act, 2005 (4 of2007), the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method ofrecruitment to various posts in the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights under the Ministry of Women and Child Development; namely 1. Short title and commencement: (I) These Rules may be called the National Commission for Protection ofChild Rights Staff Recruitment Rules, 2012. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application--These Rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (0J) ofthe Schedule annexed to these Rules. 3. Number of post, classification and scale of pay:-The number of the posts their classification and scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in Column (2) to (4) of the said Schedule 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc:-The method of recruitment of the said posts; age-limit; qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) ofthe Schedule aforesaid. 5; Appointing Authority_AlI appointments shall be made by the Member Secretary, National Commission for Protection ofChild Rights. 6. Disqualification:-~No persons who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; Or (iw ho, having = a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointmentto the said post Provided that the Central Goverment may; if satisfied that such a marriage is permissible under the per
