N+ Panchkula A 2 anchk A ula 2 PMDA PANCHKULA METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, PANCHKULA NOTIFICATION Dated27 June, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 58 read with sub-section (2) of section 30 of the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2021, the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority, hereby, makes the following regulations, namely;- s Short title and commencement: (1) These Regulations may be called the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (Declaration by a Member of Coordination Committee or Standing Committee) Regulations, 2022. They shall come into force from the date of their publication on the website of the Authority. Definitions. - (1) In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires; - (a) "Act" means the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2021; (b) "Appendix" means the Appendix to these Regulations; (¢) "Committee Member" for the purposes of these regulations, means a Member of a Coordination Committee or a Standing Committee; (d) "Competent Authority" for the purpose of these regulations means the Chief Executive Officer or such officer of the Authority as the Chief Executive Officer may authorize for the purpose; (e) "Declaration" means the declaration made under sub-section (2) of section 30 of the Act, 2021. (f Family means a spouse, dependent sons or dependent daughters including step-children, adopted child and any other dependent person related to them or their spouse by blood or marriage. ""Form" means the form for declaration as specified in the Appendix; (h) "section" or "sub-section", as the case may be, refers to a section or sub- section, respectively, of the Act.
