Notification No 30/2015/1430/94 Stamp Nibhandhan-2-2015-700(74)/15 Date 08 December, 2015 Lucknow, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. XVI of 1908), read with section 21 of general clauses Act 1897 (Act no 10 of 1897) and in supersession of the table of Registration Fees issued by Government notification no.S.R.976/X-550-(51)-76 Dated march 31, 1976 and amended from time to time, the Governor is pleased to publish the following table of Registration Fees which shall be effective with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Gazette. TABLE OF REGISTRATION FEES Subject to the exceptions herein contained and remissions and reductions granted by the State Government following fees shall be charged- Fees (In Rupees) Article - 1 For Registration of- (1) All non-testamentary documents relating to and IV, including Sale Books no.
