Registration Fees Table Uttar Pradesh Shasan Stamp Evam Nibhandhan Anubhag-2 The Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of notification no 30 /2015/1430/94/S.N.-2-2015-700749/15 dated 08 December 2015 for general information; Notification No 30 /2015/1430/94 Stamp Nibhandhan-2-2015-700(749/15 Lucknow; Date 08 December, 2015 C In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. XVI of 1908). read with section 2/ of general clauses Act /897 (Act no [0 of 1897) and in supersession of the table of Registration Fees issued by Government notification no.S.R.976/X-550-(51)-76 Dated march 31, 1976 and amended from time to time, the Governor is pleased t0 publish the following table of Registration Fees which shall be effective with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Gazette. TABLE OF REGISTRATION FEES Subject to the exceptions herein contained and remissions and reductions granted by the State Government following fees shall be charged- Article 1 Fees (In Rupees) For Registration of- AII non-testamentary documents relating to Books n0_ and IV including Sale Certificates presented in original and not otherwise provided for- Where the value O1 consideration is [One percent of such expressed, Iconsideration '/ $ or value, calculated for the purpose of stamp duty chargeable on the document; whichever is higher, subject to the minimum of 100.00]1 Where the value 0r consideration is not 100.00 expressed. Explanation:-The registration fees chargeable on the all classes of' documents shall be payable 0n the valuation calculated for the chargeability of stamp 1 Subs.
