Notification No. 7/2000-C.E: (N.T:), dated 1-3-2000. Notification under Section 11AA Rate of interest on delayed refunds_ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11AA of the Central Excise Act; 1944 (1 of 1944) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number 22/95-C.E. (NT.), dated 29th May; 1995,the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby fixes the rate of interest at twenty four per cent per annum for the purposes of the said section. Back to_Acts
