BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India' as follows: CHAPTER T PRELIMINARY 1. (1) The State Government may, by notification in the Ofticial Gazette, constitute Constitutiou olle Appellate Tribunal for each district t0 hear the appeal against the order of the of Appellate Tribunal: Tribunal_
