WHEREAS itiS expedientto amend the West Bengal State Health Service Act, 1990, for the West Ben. purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; Act VII of 1990_ Itis hereby enacted in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows Short title and 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal State Health Service (Amendmnent) Act commencement_ 2003.
